Arron Bale - PhD Researcher
I am a PhD student with the MoSMed CDT working with Chris Prior and Rob Rambo. My work is mainly focused on the development of software for predicting the tertiary structure of proteins based on BioSAXS data. I am interested in the application of topological concepts to this problem, in particular building a writhe based measure to determine structural similarity.
